3. Scheduling & Access
Clients are responsible for providing reasonable access to the property at the scheduled service time. Missed appointments or lack of access may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or service suspension.
5. Cancellations
We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the service type.
6. Property Conditions & Liability
Clients are responsible for disclosing known hazards, underground utilities, irrigation systems, or fragile areas. While we take care to perform services safely and professionally, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden conditions. Our liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the service performed.

Certain services (including snow removal and landscaping) depend on weather conditions. Timing, frequency, and results may vary due to weather, municipal plowing, or environmental factors.
